Can I use invoices created with this tool as official BIR invoices or receipts?

Invoices created using this tool can be used for internal records, estimates, or drafts, but they are not automatically recognized as official BIR invoices or receipts. To issue legally valid documents, the taxpayer must either:

  • Use a physical receipt or invoice printed by a BIR-authorized printer under a valid ATP, or
  • Issue the invoice through a BIR-accredited e-invoicing system.

If you have the proper authorization, you can include required ATP, CAS, or e-invoice identifiers in the document. Always confirm final compliance with your accredited printer, e-invoicing provider, or tax advisor before using the document as an official invoice or receipt.

Can I customize my invoice?

Do I need to sign up?
