- Third-party integrations with Stripe, QuickBooks, Xero, Plaid, Google Sheets, and Excel
- Data import/export capabilities for CSV files, Google Sheets sync, and PDF reports
- Financial playbooks and preset strategies for testing business scenarios
- Alerts and insights highlighting financial trends and recommendations
- Secure data storage and processing of your financial information
3. User Responsibilities
- Accurate Financial Data: You are responsible for ensuring that all financial information you input, import, or connect to our platform is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
- Data Ownership and Authorization: You must have the legal right to access and use any financial data you connect through third-party integrations (Stripe, QuickBooks, Xero, Plaid, etc.).
- Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services, including financial reporting and data protection requirements.
- Prohibited Uses: You may not use our services for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or tax evasion.

- Business Decisions: You acknowledge that financial forecasts and scenarios are estimates based on the data you provide and should not be the sole basis for critical business decisions without additional verification.

- Our Platform: Fyvia retains all rights to the forecasting software, algorithms, dashboard design, and platform functionality.
- Proprietary Technology: Our forecasting algorithms, data processing methods, and user interface designs are proprietary to Fyvia and may not be copied or redistributed.
- Export Rights: You have the right to export your data and forecasts in standard formats (CSV, PDF) for your own use.
5. Privacy and Data Storage

- Read-Only Access: All third-party integrations operate with read-only permissions. We never modify, delete, or write data back to your connected accounts.

- Read-Only Access: All integrations are configured with read-only permissions. Fyvia will never modify, delete, or write data back to your connected accounts.

- Third-Party Terms: Your use of third-party integrations is also subject to the terms of service and privacy policies of those respective services.
- Revocation of Access: You can revoke access to third-party integrations at any time through your account settings or by disconnecting the integration directly.

- Data Accuracy: We rely on the accuracy of data provided by third-party services and cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of data from external sources.
